• Managing RCC work, including staging, shuttering for columns and slabs, and landscaping.
• Supervising finishing works such as bricklaying, plastering, painting, plumbing, flooring
(tiles), electrical fittings, drainage, and waterproofing.
• Ensuring compliance with government regulations and ordinances while monitoring and
optimizing safety procedures.
• Effectively liaising with clients and subcontractors.
• Handling project management tasks, including managing budgets, resources, and timelines, as
well as acquiring and reviewing quotes.
• Preparing and reviewing quantity calculations based on received drawings and generating cost
estimates and item rate analyses.
• Communicating with project managers, supervisors, and team members for effective
coordination.
• Verifying contractor bills and preparing payments based on work executed on a daily, weekly,
and monthly basis.
